Making a Difference

Make a Difference was written in order to give its reader an edge for life. It encompasses three major parts: Impact Leadership, which simplifies the application of leadership in order to have a profound effect on people; START, an acronym for action planning that can readily be used in virtually any situation; and Creating Alternative Funding, which will enable the reader to identify and obtain financial resources to supplement a budget or fund special projects. Lastly, there are several essays and one theory that offer food for thought as a person strives to improve.
