Being a shepherd, himself, David describes the loving, faithful work of the Good Shepherd in Psalm 23. This workbook explores these qualities in the context of pastoral and church leadership. Upon completion, the user will be able to draw many parallels between their service to their parishioners and the service of a shepherd. More importantly, completers of this workbook will be able to develop a unique perspective and appreciation for identifying themselves as a shepherd, as well.

Dr. Alfred Hall has more than 20 years of leadership experience as a church pastor and administrator in K-12 and higher education. The various roles in which he served helped him to develop a unique perspective of effective leadership principles. Additionally, his background as an educator has prepared him to organize this body of work with the user in mind. Dr. Hall holds a Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctor of Philosophy degree. He resides in Memphis, TN and is married with two daughters.
