Through the techniques suggested, growth and success, and a happy working environment, can be achieved. Companies fail for one of two reasons: Firstly, the impact of people, or secondly, the impact of events. It can often be a combination of the two. The author is British and has worked as a solicitor and key executive in the management of various globally renowned corporations for the last thirty years. He has successfully negotiated complex deals in over a hundred countries worldwide, including some of the world's largest energy deals.
