This wonderfully-written and compelling book looks at the life of a single womans seasons, from the raging storms of her lifes winters to the sun-drenched days of her summersand how she endures it all with Gods love. After graduating from college, Jacetta Winters made the mistake of falling in love with Maxie Jackson, an older married man. But when he discovers that shes pregnant with his child, he promptly dumps her, leaving her alone to raise their child and abandoned by her family and church. When Jaci least expects it, she stumbles upon J.P. Gilmore, a man she has prayed for and who loves God as well as loving her.
