Seats

The most comprehensive book ever created for the theatre aficionados who enjoy not only a great show, but great seating at the best prices, "Seats" shows the theatres frequented by New Yorkers and visitors. The New Times Square theatre district is shown for the first time with seating plans for the new 42nd Street Theatres. Theatres frequented by savvy New Yorkers in upstate New York, nearby Connecticut, and New Jersey have been selected for inclusion in "Seats". The theatres are shown in depth, allowing ticket buyers to know the exact view from every seat in the house. Seat numbers are clear and easy to read for even the most mammoth auditorium. Seats saves you money by revealing where the rows change prices to the next lower range. The ticket buyer selects the row directly behind the highest priced seats' pays the next price range' and gets the same view! Needless to say, "Seats" will never leave you sitting behind a column or in any other "partially obstructed" seat. The money saving value of "Seats" is compounded with the inclusion of theatre district $5 coupons which can be used in selected restaurants and garages. Every theatre page includes transportation directions: by bus, subway, taxi, and by driving. Nearby parking garages are listed as well as nearest restaurants with their ratings. Theatre addresses, including the two nearest cross streets are shown along with ticket office phone numbers. "Seats" includes the latest theatre district maps showing the locations of all major theatres. Subway and bus maps indicate the most convenient stops to show you to your seat.
