A lot can happen in your mind while running the entire circumference of the Earth.
Dr. Christopher Shoemaker is a graduate of West Point, with a doctorate from the University of Florida. Liberated from the intellectual shackles of real thought by the surge of endorphins released by running, he hopes that some of his 'thoughts" may be useful to others who seek to build their relationships with God or simply want to feel the joy of Christ. Dr. Shoemaker lives in Centreville, Virginia with his wife Terri, a graphic artist. The couple has two children, two grandchildren and an utterly worthless Yorkshire Terrier.
