Self-Being Strategy

This is Ukrainian translation of 'Self-Being Strategy' published in English (2011) and Russian (2009). The book describes the method of investigation in worldly cultural traditions. Atma Ananda developed it during 10 years serious work with above 50 authentic masters in 10 Asian countries. Reflecting her own holistic vision and unique experience the author abstracted the very basic principles of self-realization in process. They construct the background for any personal development in Volume Way until reaching Complete Emptiness. It involves many techniques from different traditional spiritual practices. Conscious approach allows developing without guru by your own self-initiation.
