Shanika Neal Walls is an insightful and accomplished life and mental health coach, educator, author, and human resources professional. She has an impressive career of over 29 years in leadership coaching, performance management and organizational development.

She has worked with various organizations in industries including, but not limited to financial services, manufacturing and distribution, transportation, e-commerce, mental and clinical health, and consumer packaged goods. In addition to coaching, her experience spans the areas of mental health and well-being, effective communication, relationship goals, team efficiency, diversity, and organizational agility.

Her personal style of leadership and content delivery offers a powerful combination of wisdom, wit, and a wealth of knowledge as an engaging trainer and a strategic partner.

Shanika is a certified professional coach (CPC) and holds the credential of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Human Resources professional and has held both PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP designations.

Shanika received her Master's degree in Liberal Studies and Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Memphis. She completed advanced graduate studies from Oregon State University and the University of Michigan. She served as an adjunct faculty instructor of Sociology at the University of Memphis.

She was a recipient of the Tri-State Defender's Women of Excellence award and was selected as a finalist in the Remarkable Women program, a national Nexstar initiative highlighting women who make a difference in their community.

She is the Founder and Director of Training for Nova Life Coach Academy, a coaching and development academy which also offers life coach training certification and corporate coaching services to business leaders and organizations.
