The Sicilian Scenario

They kidnap a leading senator and capture one of the world's most advanced atomic submarines. Fighter planes patrol San Francisco, and the armed forces track the DX1 across the Pacific. While they stay ready to launch its nuclear missiles, and give unparalleled demands, which even the president does not know if they are capable of providing.
