Simply Complicated

Spencer, a forty-something Lester Burnham/"American Beauty"-like gentleman struggles with his in-built Catholic guilt and lives for his facade. He humorously, sarcastically - and somewhat explicitly - takes us through his struggles with himself, his parents, his girlfriend, Gaydar, casual sex, his job and an opportunity that came and went. The problem is - Spencer is gay. Do you really want what or who you think you want once you get it? To Spencer, everything is simply complicated.
