Greg Smith lives in Poland, Ohio, with his wife, Nancy, and their four children—Roman, Brad, Skyler, and Reagan.He was born into an entrepreneurial family in Youngstown, Ohio, and learned about workplace dynamics from his grandfather and father as they led Compco Industries, the family business they founded in 1954. Greg currently serves as chairman of the board at Compco.
