Stumbling Toward a Genuine Conversation on Homosexuality

Is there a way those who hold differing positions on homosexuality can learn from rather than battle each other? That is the question with which this book wrestles. It records what happens when the quest is not for victory but for (1) writers who convey persuasively, meaningfully, movingly their own viewpoints to make them available as a treasure others can learn from; and (2) writers showing evidence of actually learning from'¿¿or at least being willing to consider learning from'¿¿the treasures of viewpoints other than their own.

In addition to many articles, King has had published such books as Preaching about Life in a Threatening World (with Ron Sider) and Fractured Dance: Gadamer and Mennonite Conflict Over Homosexuality.
