Surprise at Dawn

Kristin prides herself on being normal, and has aspirations to go to Georgetown University. She meets a handsome, bearded young man she suspects of being a vampire. He calls himself Shaman, and lives in the wild, saying he communicates with the Indian spirits. She also meets Catey, the daughter of a vineyard owner, and her friends, local people. How they relate to the mysterious vampire who claims supernatural powers is the story of a book that is hard to put down.
