Terry Eagleton is the author of more than forty books, including Criticism and Ideology, Walter Benjamin, Literary Theory, The Ideology of the Aesthetic, Trouble with Strangers, and, most recently, Reason, Faith, and Revolution. Some of his plays; have been collected in Saint Oscar and Other Plays; he also wrote the film script for Wittgenstein and the novel Saints and Scholars. Matthew Beaumont is Senior Lecturer in English Literature at UCL. He is the author of Utopia Ltd: Ideologies of Social Dreaming in England 1870-1900 and the co-editor of As Radical as Reality Itself: Essays on Marxism and Art for the 21st Century.
