He has been vice president and member of the executive committee of the American Economic Association and president of the Association of Public Policy and Management.Leonard E. Burman is director of the UrbanûBrookings Tax Policy Center, a senior fellow at the Urban Institute, and a visiting professor at Georgetown University.
