Taking place in present Milwaukee, WI, "That's The Way it Goes" compiles four street stories that blend with one another to create a crime-thriller book that you don't want to miss.

Story 1: Mean-Mug and Triggah G make a living robbing people to support their cocaine addiction. Together they develop a plan to steal kilos of cocaine from a dangerous drug dealer.

Story 2: Louie V is a new platinum selling rap artist who jeopardizes his rap career by disrespecting an older, established, Icon Rapper. Will Louie and his record label CEO be able to repair his brand image?

Story 3: Bone and Squeak are robbed for a large quantity of marijuana by two women who find their victims on internet chat sites, but things never go exactly the way they planned it.

Story 4: Friction is finally free from prison and ready to live his life as a free man. His friend C-Dog wants to help him as a repayment for taking the conviction for him. C-Dog investments in Friction's rap career with drug money and mixes Friction back into street politics.
