This book is aimed at consultants and managers interested in psychology - organisational and positive psychology - and its application in business. Stefan Cantore is a Senior Teaching Fellow in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the University of Southampton Management School, UK. He is an experienced leadership and organizational development consultant with a practice focused on helping leaders and organizations use conversation as a process for change. Stefan is a qualified coach and has Masters' Degrees in both People and Organizational Development and Business Administration. Jonathan Passmore is a business psychologist with five degrees who has an international reputation for his work in coaching, change and leadership. He has published 14 books on the themes of leadership, personal development and change, including editing the Association for Coaching series of coaching titles. He consults and speaks at conferences across the world from the United States to Europe and Asia. In 2010 Jonathan was awarded the AC Global Coaching Award for his contribution to practice and research.
