With more than 1.3 million Swedish Americans, the United States hosts a wealth of landmarks that pay homage to the Swedish people and culture. Touring Swedish America details the locations, histories, and stories behind more than 1,000 such intriguing places, from the 17th-century Holy Trinity Church in Wilmington, Delaware, to the rustic S. M. Swenson log cabin in Austin, Texas; from a water tower painted like a Swedish coffee cup in Stanton, Iowa, to actress Ann-Margret's handprints outside the Mann Chinese Theater in West Hollywood, California.
