This volume, which is released in section II of Legal Contemporary History (Juristische Zeitgeschichte), records the contributions made to one of the events sponsored by the Alexander von Humboldt-Foundation. Francisco Muñoz Conde from the Pablo Olavide University in Seville and Thomas Vormbaum from the Open University Hagen are joint editors of the conference transcript.
