Thomas Schultz is a Swiss National Science Foundation Fellow in the International Law Department of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. He has worked in the fields of international dispute settlement, private international law, public international law, jurisprudence, and technology law. In 2010, he received the Prix Jubile of the Swiss Academy of Humanities and Social Sciences. He is founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Dispute Settlement (OUP).
