The book is designed to provide the student with a review of the teachings of Ernest Holmes and the principles he taught. David explains, in detail, the Five steps of Spiritual Mind Treatment, a unique form of affirmative prayer to the student. He provides many examples for each step of the treatment. The student is given many experiential exercises to practice writing treatments and to become confident in doing so.
