Twisted Fate

A murderer lurks in a small European village disrupting the peaceful existence of the townspeople. The police have no clues and it appears the villain will get away with his vicious crimes. When World War 2 threatens and then erupts, the murders are quickly forgotten as several families experience a twist of fate that threatens to shatter their lives. Aric thinks he has it all - wealth, power, sons to carry on his name - but he soon realizes his power is restricted. Caleb must rely on his faith in God to pull him through. Johanna desperately seeks love and acceptance even though it is always one step ahead of her. In a twist of fate, these characters must draw on their inner reserves to fight against the brutalities of war and everyday injustices.
