He received his M.Sc. in computer science from the Technische Universitat Munchen (TUM), Germany, and his certificate d'auditeur in computer science from the Ecole Polytechnique, Paris, France Josef Franz Huber is senior vice president, Mobile Network Business Unit, Siemens AG, Munich, Germany. He received his M.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria. He presently holds the position of chairman of the Mobile Industry Group at Bitkom, Germany, and is vice chairman of the UMTS Forum
