Unpack and Play is a workbook designed for consenting adults who identify as members of the adult baby/diaper lover (AB/DL) and caregiver communities. written by a therapist, it guides readers through an exploration of their needs, preferences, desires, expectations, boundaries, and more to help them better understand themselves, to explore their relationship with AB?DL, and to communicate clearly with important people in their lives.

Merissa Cope (they/them) is a therapist, educator, kinkster, community member, partner, rock climber, and dog owner currently located in Colorado. They are passionate about creating safe spaces for people of all identities to access informed, empathetic, and comprehensive mental health care. When not in the therapy office or writing this workbook, you may find them running trainings for other therapists, facilitating peer support groups, or receiving trainings of their own. Outside of work, they enjoy building relationships and friendships, watching trash tv, and exploring the outdoors.
