Eighty-nine years old, married twice, 56 years to first wife, Marguerite Monica, and four years to present wife, Claire Anna. Employed for 33 years by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, served in the capacity of Administrative Officer. Retired from the Engineers in the year 1973. While with the Engineers, was the recipient of the Army Civilian Meritorious Medal, the second highest award given by the Corps to a civilian employee. Is a distinguished member of the National Society of Poets.
