Scientists have developed a brain imaging decoder (BID). This is capable of retrieving moving pictures from the neurons of a human brain, whether the head is attached to body or not. The opportunity comes along in the form of Detective Inspector Bob Flemming who is dealing with a serious murder case, where a lack of conclusive evidence is frustrating police enquiries. Both scientists and the police team, headed up by Bob Flemming, look to solve the murder case and gain evidence of the main perpetrators by use of the BID technology. This, in time, also reveals, through the use of available evidence, of a more sinister secrete organisation which links to a high-ranking police office in Germany.
