Waking the Sleeping Giant How Mainstream Americans Can Beat Liberals at Their Own Game

Mainstream America has been the Sleeping Giant of American politics for too long.

As mainstream Americans, we mind our own business, take care of our own responsibilities, and play by the rules. We know that there is no quick path to personal success or to national prosperity, but the ruling class has come to view the mainstream as largely irrelevant as a political force. In reality, we are the backbone that supports the body politic. We work, pay our taxes, and vote. We complete this cycle over and over, and hope that those in power will follow, and do the right thing. Yet, this is groundless. Something needs to change.

Before we can equip the Sleeping Giant for the struggle ahead of us, however, we must first wake it to the truths facing our country. Waking the Sleeping Giant exposes liberal techniques and teaches mainstream Americans how to counter them to take back the country that our founding fathers made great, and to make it great again.

After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1971, Dr. Daughtry earned his PhD in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1979. Before his consulting career, he worked as a clinical psychologist and later as an executive in clinical organizations. A longtime conservative activist, Dr. Daughtry has served as a speaker for conservative political gatherings, as a guest on conservative talk radio shows, and conducted workshops.After earning a PhD in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1977, Dr. Casselman went on to practice clinical psychology in Philadelphia before moving to North Carolina, where he became a vice president with an organizational development firm. In March, 2010, Dr. Daughtry and Dr. Casselman co-founded, Concord Bridge Consulting, to provide behavioral science resources to political activists, candidates, and politicians to assist them in managing leftist political tactics.
