He and his wife, Laura, have three grown children and live in Pierce Township, Ohio. Bob Risch grew up in Cincinnati and moved to Boston, where he practiced law for forty years, since they recorded songs for Columbia Records in the 1960. Risch has published music, poetry, history books, and literary articles. He and his wife, Nancy, share their time between Boston and Florida's west coast. They have five growth children.
