Eugenia had grown up on a farm on the Manitoulin Island but then came the time to move to the city of Sault Ste. Marie to attend college. She was unprepared for the changes that she faced but she drew strength from her faith. After she met Edward Wallace and fell madly in love with him, her life really changed. All she wanted to do was marry her wonderful man and settle down to make a good home for him. She would make him a good wife and they would live happily ever after.
