Terri D. Matlock is an author, poet, wife and mother of two. Her experiences as a dental office manger coupled with those of motherhood and marriage shaped and helped birth her first novel, ôWhat About Dana?ö Terri was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas along with her four siblings. Enduring the challenges and joys of being the middle child, Terri excelled academically while attending elementary, middle and senior high in the Forth Worth Independent School District.One of her greatest accomplishments was graduating from O.D. Wyatt High School where she first met her high school sweetheart and current husband. Terri and Eric are the proud parents of two children, a son age 16, and a daughter age 9. With 20 years of love and happiness under their belt, Terri and Eric are fully committed to each other and extremely grateful that God has blessed and protected their union.In fact, Terri's passion for reading and writing was apparent at an early age as she has enjoyed both from early childhood. Poetic expressions, songs, greeting cards, plays and short stories are just a few of the areas where she showcases her gift for the written and spoken word.A Christian woman, Terri radiates Godly values and principles with her friendly, compassionate spirit that draws her to others and vise versa.
