What Would Grant Do

As I sit in the darkened room, my mind wanders with strange and unusual thoughts. From these thoughts a story line forms. In most cases, a short story starts out with the phrase, "wouldn't it be funny if this happened?" The rest of the story comes out as I type it into the computer. It's funny I start most stories without knowing how they are going to end. They just flow from my mind out onto the paper. I tend to edit a lot. The final drafts of the started story are sometimes as different as oil and water.I love mysteries and moral stories. In addition, if the story has a funny side, that is just a bonus. When I look back at my life and recall all the stupid stuff I got into, I am surprised that I've lived this long. I love to laugh and tell funny stories. I hope you enjoy these accounts as much as I did writing them.
