Whatever Happened to Dorothy of Oz?

After living in the Land of Oz for fifty years and solving many problems for Oz, Dorothy finds it hard to believe that she is still seven years old. And she is treated like a seven year old. This isn't natural. children look forward to growing up! The question is how can Dorothy and her friends solve her problem of not growing up. Surly Ozma could just use her Magic Belt to send Dorothy back to the outside world where she can grow up. As the book will show, the solution to problem is not quite that easy.
