Peter K. Smith is Emeritus Professor of Psychology at the Unit for School and Family Studies at Goldsmiths, University of London. He is co-author of the leading textbook Understanding Children's Development (Sixth Edition, Wiley-Blackwell, 2015), co-editor of Bullying, cyberbullying and pupil well-being in schools: Comparing European, Australian and Indian Perspectives (Cambridge University Press, 2018) and The Cambridge Handbook of Play: Developmental and Disciplinary Perspectives (Cambridge University Press, 2018) and editor of Making an Impact on School Bullying: Interventions and Recommendations (Routledge, 2019) as well as many other books and articles. 

Craig H. Hart is Director of the Faculty Center at Brigham Young University. His research is focused on the social development of Asian children in various parts of Asia and the United States, with an emphasis on cultural influences.
