Writing for both amateurs and professionals, Herbert P. Richter authored the first edition of Wiring Simplified in 1932 followed by Practical Electrical Wiring in 1939. W Schwan Creighton is the coauthor of Wiring Simplified and Practical Electrical Wiring for several editions and a columnist for the magazine Electrical Contractor.
