Fascinated by recent radiographic images of myself, I wondered, could I blur and obliterate the boundary between medical science imaging and visual art? Could I transform radiographic medical imaging into abstract self-portraits, offering a profound exploration of the human form as seen through the lens of X-ray technology and innovative artistic vision.

I asked the audacious question: what if we could see beyond the conventional visual spectrum to capture the essence of our inner selves? Each piece presented here answers this query with striking clarity and depth, revealing not just bones and tissues, but the energetic and spiritual essences that pulse beneath our everyday facade.

She is a highly accomplished abstractionist, with a distinguished career that spans over five decades encompassing a broad spectrum in the visual and creative arts – performance, painting, sculpting, photography, writing (screen, stage, novel) and design.
