The year is 1993, summertime. As the story begins, the nation is in a deeply troubled time. Unemployment is growing, and outlook is grim. People in the United States are living paycheck to paycheck, if they're lucky enough to have a job. Unrest in the country is at an all-time high.Tony Miller is a hired killer with a grudge on his back. He hates the President, and the state of the nation. But there's not much he can do, as the President is early in his first term. But that doesn't keep Tony from thinking about ways he can make a difference. These are the thoughts that continue to dominate his thinking.
