You Feel What You Think : Building Kids Self-Efficacy/Esteem, Happiness and Character

What do we all want most for our children? My guess is happiness. Empowering our children to make themselves happy just may be the greatest gift we can give them. Teaching our children the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviors is essential to healthy social and emotional development. You Feel What You Think, teaches this connection at an age appropriate level so that they really get it. They are able to make the connection and apply this knowledge immediately to their own lives. I initially wrote this book for my children after searching for a book like it and not finding one. I found books on similar subjects but the books I found were not age appropriate for my children who were at the time 3 & 4. Now, I want to share my book with you and your children. As a mother and Certified School Psychologist, I know this to be important in fostering healthy social and emotional development. Our children deserve the best tools we can give them to navigate through the exciting but sometimes challenging life events. This book can help you to help them nurture healthy social and emotional development in a proactive way. The concept is so simple yet not always easy to apply even as adults.
