Youth Sport and the Law

Youth Sport and the Law uses various court cases to illustrate the legal principles associated with sport participation. Written in an easy-to-understand style, the book also features articles and human interest stories about people in youth sport at the end of each chapter. The author - a practitioner, teacher, coach, and youth sport parent - wrote the book with the object of providing a better and safer sporting experience for all participants in today's youth sport.
