A Tale of Two Tails

Lively tale of two finicky. devious thoroughbred Siamese. who demand to be treated like their ancestors in ancient Siam. The stories are true and based on CAT words-such as Cataclism which tell the Tales of the Two Tails-The Adventures of Ben and Bel. The book first gives a history of old Siam and of the Siamese cat, then goes into the Cat words. The book identifies a CAT word, gives its definition and then tells the tale . The illustrations watercolor and ink on paper depict the tale being told. There is a series of photographs showing Ben and Bel actually performing the Cat word. the Cat words. Since children learn best when enjoying the material, the book tries to catch their attention, give them newly defined words and illustrate how these words are used. The dictionary is a very good friend in reading and writing.
