Jean Brissey has served full time in ministry as a pastor, revivalist, evangelist, author, and missionary for more than 25 years. She and her husband of 46 years, Jim, have two grown children who serve the Lord wholeheartedly. Jean earned an Associate of Theology from Spirit Life Ministries. She is a graduate of Elijah House and a certified Sozo inner healing minister. Her passion is to see people healed and delivered from childhood trauma.
Jean and her husband are founders of Higher Ground Ministries in Deland, Florida, and Higher Ground School of Ministry, which offers fully accredited online ministry training. Pastor Jean also founded and oversees the Wings of Praise interpretive dance team, which has ministered at The Ocean Center in Daytona, on GOD-TV, in prisons, on the mission fields of Honduras, and more. Jean's number one love is Holy Spirit and allowing Him to move in freedom and life changing power.
