Gypsy Fire

The picaresque story of a young man from Romania who tries to start a new life in post-WWII Western Europe. His quest requires wit and guile, humility and humanity as he overcomes hardships and stereotypes to attain his goal. While learning how to be successful and happy, he also stumbles upon a neglected tragedy of the twentieth century, the holocaust of the Gypsies. From these experiences and events he not only learns how to deal with oppression and vicissitude, but also how to gain strength from adversity, how to fight to win against all odds.
