The Mourning Run

Alec and Trisha Hawkins and their three little boys were living a happy and hectic life. Then, in the time it took Alec's small plane to drop out of the sky and plunge nose first to the ground, Trisha transformed from a Mrs. to a widow. Using her routine of running, Trisha learned how to keep moving through the most difficult time of her life. She found ways to deal with the loneliness and pain that come from losing a loved one.Based on a true story, The Mourning Run, illustrates that though we sometimes maneuver through the tragedies in our life in less than graceful ways, we can take comfort in the fact we're still moving.
