Climate Change Cooperation in Southern Africa

International co-operation is essential if an effective response to the challenge of global climate change is to be made. This book examines how co-ordinated action among neighbouring countries could reduce greenhouse gas emissions in ways that are environmentally, economically and socially beneficial.
