Gender Pay Differentials Cross-National Evidence from Micro-Data

This volume provides new evidence on the magnitude and sources of pay inequalities between women and men in European countries and New Zealand on the basis of micro data.

BENOÎT MAHY is Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Mons-Hainaut, Belgium. He leads the Department of Economic Analysis and is a member of the Warocqué Research Centre, University of Mons-Hainaut. He is a national correspondent of the Applied Econometrics Association.

ROBERT PLASMAN is Professor of Economics at the Free University of Brussels (ULB) and Co-Director of the Department of Applied Economics of ULB (DULBEA), Belgium. He is also the general secretary of the Applied Econometrics Association.

FRANÇOIS RYCX is Associate Professor of Economics at the Free University of Brussels (ULB), Belgium. He is affiliated to the Department of Applied Economics of ULB (DULBEA), Research Fellow of the IZA (Bonn), and a national correspondent of the Applied Econometrics Association.
