The Path to Parenthood LGBTQ+ Edition

Take a tour of "The Path To Parenthood": a children's book (for adults) that will show you all the stops LGBTQ+ people have to take on their overly complicated path to parenthood.

See the sights of Surrogate City! Take a dip in Lawyer Lagoon! Or lay out in La Playa Del Second-Parent Adoption. They may be new to you, but for LGBTQ+ parents, these places and more are all too familiar. And hopefully by the end you'll see that this is the way it is. Not the way it should be.

Created in partnership with bubly sparkling water, "The Path to Parenthood" is a book designed to raise awareness and drive donations to Family Equality, an organization dedicated to helping all parents navigate their path to parenthood.

Since its inception, bubly sparkling water has leveraged its voice and platform in support of the LGBTQ+ community. And with The Path to Parenthood, bubly hopes to inspire awareness for the realities LGBTQ+ parents face and financial support for nonprofit partner Family Equality in its mission to help members of the LGBTQ+ community navigate the obstacles to becoming parents.Family Equality is a nonprofit organization with a mission is to advance legal and lived equality for LGBTQ+ families, and for those who wish to form them, through building community, changing hearts and minds, and driving policy change.Wednesday is a London-based illustrator, designer, writer, and queer community organizer. Wednesday's colorful, vibrant illustration style, and personal connection to the LGBTQ+ community made them the perfect visionary to help bring The Path to Parenthood to life.
