dear diary a collection of poems and poetic journal entries

darkness has followed me since before i can remember. i've become accustomed to it's weight on my shoulders similarly to the way you get used to the feeling of sitting on your wallet. i've compiled a collection of journal entries and poems that demonstrate the pain and hopelessness i've survived and eventually that darkness transmutes to light and to healing. i hope to provide solace to the broken, wandering souls that are living through the hard days and still holding out hope that the good days will return. i can promise you that you are not alone and that you are beyond capable of surviving and also that you are deserving of the light at the end of the tunnel.

writing a bio for myself is so strange. here goes nothing i suppose. i've been an author basically since birth. my entire life i've wanted to write a book and here i am. it feels surreal. thank you all for your support.

this woman is an outstanding creative and i am SO glad she agreed to have her art in my art. working with lauren was such an amazing experience, the way she executed the rough ideas i sent her way blew me away with every single sketch. i cannot thank her enough.
